Our advanced high-speed Automatic Aluminium Monobloc Can production lines are imported fromMall+Herlan GmbH Germany and PackSys Global, serving the highest quality production.

The production lines acquire high-speed extrusion press, brushing and trimming, washing system, 3 times internal coating, different base coating,
9 colours offset printing, over varnishing and 40 stations necking system. With the intelligent quality inspection system and automatic detecting system, we ensure the quality accuracy and stability. Our maximum production speed is up to 250 pieces/ minute. We cover product size range of 35, 40, 45, 50, 53, 66mm in diameter and 65 to 250mm in length. Our company also produce custom-made shapes of cans prior request.

具備一次沖壓成型、修邊拋光、環保洗罐，9支噴槍三次噴塗、底⾊⼯藝，九色印刷，上光工藝，40⼯位柔性收頸技術。全部生產線具備智能檢測系統，並採用電腦編程系統自動監控以確保產品質量。我司的⽣產速度最⾼每分鐘250罐，生產直徑為35, 40, 45, 50, 53, 66mm，高60mm-250mm多種規格的單片鋁罐。我司也提供客制服務生產不同罐型。

Our annual production is 100 million cans, our products fulfil the quality requirements of both China and FEA international standards. 

In 2013, we have obtained ISO 9001 quality management system certificate, container inventory certificate, export dangerous goods packaging permit, national industrial product production permit. We aim to establish a perfect ISO system to guarantee the optimisation of production quality and the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.
